Khadija

Khadija came in with intense back pain and a torn meniscus she incurred from her professional wrestling career. Using Functional Patterns techniques; realigning the spine, engaging deep core stabilizers, and MFR, she was pain-free and stronger in just a few weeks. She's stuck with us for almost 2 years now because of this incredible result.

Sandra

Sandra was dealing with tennis elbow and tenosynovitis in her wrist. She was able to work through this in just 16 sessions. She's now able to perform everyday tasks in her busy life with ease. Look at the difference in her resting posture; better core tension allowing her to use her arms in an integrated way. This is what gets these results.

Assessment

Necessary before booking 1:1 personal training. During the assessment we will take and review posture photos, do a gait analysis, then do a series of movement tests to determine a plan tailored to you.

MyoFascial Release Class

Join our group class to learn and practice functional patterns with others. This class focuses on myofascial release techniques to break up adhesions in the fascia that disrupt your body's tensegrity. Perfect for improving daily movement efficiency and functionality.

Mission

True to Form focuses on Functional Patterns training to alleviate pain effectively. Through relieving pain in our body, we have more energy to heal other ailments: low energy, poor diet, poor sleep can all be improved through our training.

I'm Michaela Harcourt and I have experienced first hand my own transformation from chronic anxiety, bloating, and chronic pain from farm work to living pain free, sleeping and eating well, as a result of Functional Patterns training.

You're not lazy. You're not weak. Your body is simply operating in stress mode in response to your pain. When you fix your alignment you operate from a better baseline, and everything else falls into place.
