Terms & Conditions

Services

  • True To Form provides personal training and Functional Patterns sessions.

  • All sessions are designed for educational and fitness purposes only and do not replace medical advice.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must inform the trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating.

  • Clients must follow safety instructions during all sessions.

  • Clients assume all risks associated with exercise and movement training.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • We do not accept walk ins at this time, you must contact us and schedule an appointment.

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session.

Refunds and Packages

  • Individual sessions are non-refundable once completed.

  • Multi-session packages may be partially refunded for unused sessions (see Refund Policy).

Health & Safety

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe environment if training remotely.

  • Ground Force Performance is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from improper use or failure to follow instructions.

Intellectual Property

  • All training, exercises, and MFR techniques provided by True To Form are credited to Functional Patterns.

  • Clients may not reproduce or distribute materials without written permission from Functional Patterns.

Privacy

  • Client information is kept confidential and not shared without consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • True To Form and its trainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in sessions.

  • Clients acknowledge that results may vary and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

Acceptance

  • By booking or attending a session, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • True to Form reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
